Walls filled with mold, and all they do is put another coat of paint over it and say its fixed, Everywhere you turn everything is painted the entire shower, bathtubs, counter tops, cabinets to the point you cant close the cabinets, the paint is literally running down my wall during this summers hot spell, the house has funny order of mold, you can hear everything going on with you next door neighbors, outside. Cars being keyed and broken in too, MOST of all I never seen so much drugs sold in front of people's homes. This place isn't place to bring your mother home too nor have your children play outside. I have witnessed on 2 separate occasion a full on police on tent mayhem to the point guns were pulled out. Owner is fully aware of the situations and does nothing to solve any of the major issues. I am strong advise YOU DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE. I have added pictures of my place. Pictures of: Cabnits not closing due to so much paint on them, Front door with large gap from frame, also showing how anyone can kick down my door, Shower with paint peeling off the walls, tub with paint peeling of the tub, and soap dish peeling out of the dish, wall the paint is dripping of the wall from the hot summer sun, living room roof with leaking brown spots, large patch work over living room, mold coming through the dinning room carpet...OH and police arrasting some people that were doing drugs in front of the apt.
