Worst Jeweler and Customer service ever in life!:
Worst Jewelers in the world, for a Jeweler that claims to be a leader in the US they have terrible customer service. Extremely rude, they claim to own 3 stores and won't refund my measly purchase and won't send me an item of the same value. I ordered an item, it came a lot lighter than advertised so I was ripped off there, then the item was hollow which it did not describe on the web page. Also it was cracked on the side of the piece and on top of the hair it was discolored. I specifically asked for it to fit a 16mm necklace and they didn't care, Nicolas told me to send it back for a refund. Unfortunately when I sent it back Sergio the owner and his wife said they don't do refunds.
I filed claims against them and they were extremely difficult to deal with, now they have the money which was almost $13,000 and they have the Jesus piece pendant. They refuse to return it to me or exchange for a different item because I no longer want the Jesus and now I have to file a police report because that is theft.
