Great Choice for us!:
Our son in law, in the Syracuse construction business for 30 years, recommended Case Supply, said he'd heard "only good things". We interviewed two other companies and decided that Case seemed a good fit . Stephanie Alant was our guiding star, and Star she was.
She scoured the books for sales and discounts among the cabinet companies, worked with us for trim design options, the sink types and pulls, and was super prompt in returning our calls and messages. We were reusing our existing appliances too. She came out twice to measure, and when asked suggested several kitchen contractors, whom we also interviewed at length, before hiring.We decided not to open up our kitchen and I particularly liked the fact that she didn't try to redesign things and open it up, necessitating more cabinetry!
The day our cabinets were delivered, I had a question, Stephanie texted me back from the hospital where her newborn had just been delivered, that morning. Solved the problem. Unreal. We were very impressed. This was our second time at gutting a kitchen, and it is time consuming and tedious at times, but hey, when the heart of your home is all torn up, it's stressful. We would certainly recommend Case and their staff. Knowledgeable, attentive and professional, that was our experience, summer, July 2015. Thanks everyone!

No customer service!!:
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They take no responsibility AT ALL for a mistake made by their sales person, and have placed the blame solely on us - when there is absolutely NO BENEFIT to us bringing up an issue. We went through 3 different sales people, and ended up with the wrong color cabinets. The owner of the company is pompous, yelled at me, and hung up on me during our discussion about how they would make this right. They have no concern for their customer. Joe Cicci was sure to tell me that they do $10mil dollars a year in cabinet sales. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS to a company who CARES about their customer and will do what is takes to make things right when a mistake is made. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
