The GrayLine trolley tour is a great way to get an overview of the city. The trolley driver was funny and informative, and the tour was filled with cool sights and interesting tidbits of history. But do NOT use GrayLine for your airline transports! They did not show up for the sheduled pick up at our hotel, and did not come when called by our hotel valet, resulting in our almost missing our plane home. When we finally flagged down a GrayLine van an hour after the scheduled pick up time (and half an hour before our flight) and insisted that he take us to the airport, we could hear the GreyLine dispatcher talking to another van driver over the radio, asking him to "get over to the Doubletree -- some ladies are a-havin' a fit over there." An unnecessarily stressful end to a fun trip. Beware!
