Management is awful:

I have lived here for over a decade and think it is one of the worst places as far as management in town. Leah, the woman who carries out the management business is a real bulldog who cares nothing about tenants and blindly follows policies so rigid. Even the people who work for her can't stand her. It's also going downhill as far who lives in the building and what goes on there....end take...it's nice but live somewhere friendlier.
