The Charles H. Taylor Arts Center contains some of the best artwork created by local and regional artists. Different events take place here regularly including lectures, workshops, demonstrations, lessons and exhibitions.

Originally opened in 1925 as the Charles H. Taylor Memorial Library, the Arts Center has been a vibrant and dynamic leader in the Hampton community for many years. The library was closed in 1987 when the City opened the Hampton Public Library right next door.
