Chattanooga Restaurant Supply was originally formed as a co-op in 1948 with six initial members. Some local restaurant operators saw the need to band together to procure their products and services. In the early 1950's the present location was purchased which has been expanded four times. The last expansion was in 1993 with additional warehouse, cooler and freezer space.
