We purchased an Earthwerks lvt product and an area rug from Cherry Carpet for our dining room. The floor looks perfect! As indecisive as I was, especially with such a large selection of products and colors, the staff was eager to assist me to find a floor that met my needs and style. Product arrived to the store fast and I had my new floor within a week. I purchased the rug from the outlet division of the store at an extremely discounted price. A little bit more decor, and it will look like a room straight from a Pinterest board. I'm in love!!

We were so pleased with the selection, installation and service. The wood floors look great as well as the carpet. Their newly renovated showroom is the best in the Tidewater area.

Communications and timely replies were strained. Pricing is good. At the time of carpet selection, there was an announcement of the end of production of desired carpet, thus had to research other options. Store knew the floor was bare and ready for carpet, but I felt they did not care enough to educate me on carpets so I can decide. Maybe, sales were overwhelmed.
