Music Hall- worst planning and customer service:
After I got engaged I went looking for a beautiful reception site and picked Music Hall. They had one saturday evening available and my fiance and I set an appointment to take a look. When we got there, they made us wait over 25 minutes in the lobby without any follow-up and finally greeted us with no appology. After touring, we decided to go with the one day they SAID was available.
We then put down our deposit on the church and told us were were on thier calendar and we will have papers by that Monday.

Monday came and the Rental Manager told us the two people on her staff misread thier calendar and cancelled on because there was another event that day. No follow up, no appology, and didnt even work out other options!

So, brides if you want a headache AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF EXTRA FEES/COSTS factored into your reception because they charge for EVERYTHING, you will probably have a much more stressful time planning than you need. Other places are much, MUCH more friendly and helpful!
