the techs came to clean my area rugs they told me it would be best for them to take it and clean it in there warehouse. I decided to follow their advice. It wouldn't cost me extra to have them pick it up and deliver it back to me. when they finally brought them back ( it took 5 business day) they looked brand new. I was very happy indeed
