Love the service and people =):
this is my second husky going to be fixed at this wonderful hospital and it won't be the last. I just got another baby husky and this is the place to go! the people and service is wonderful and i enjoy talking to the people there especially Trish, she is the best! i have to admit i sometimes have trouble handling my doggy but when it comes to vaccinations, clipping her nails or grooming, they are the best. I do not know how they do it but they do.
ps. and checkout that killer TV they have, while i wait patiently to pickup my baby theres always sometimes good on.

Courteous, professional, meticulous:
I've been to this establishment for many years now, and have never been disappointed. The staff is always patient, telling me the exact procedures and never failing to amaze me. The prices are competitive, and I go again and again.
Thanks.
Regarding the comments below, they aren't accurate. We all know how close pet owners get to their pets, so when natural things hapen we have to rush to an incorrect judgment. Don't trust them.

DO NOT GO THERE: Irresponsible and no love for animals. Never know how our kitten died, sent our deceased kitten to cremation without our consent:
We took our sick kitten in on 10/29/2007 at 3 PM, the doctor said she had Panleukopenia, and suggested to leave the kitten there overnight for treatment. When I called the next morning at 10 AM, the doctor gave me the bad news, the kitten died at 8:30 PM and said I can come to collect the body.
When we arrived at 5:20 PM, we were told the kitten was already collected by the cremation service. We never consent to or aware of such an arrangement. The staff and doctor gave us excuses of why the cat was sent off, including the freezer is broken, they do not need owner consent to do so, and it's illegal to bury animal body in the backyard.
We then found out the next day(10/31/2007) that the body had already been cremated. We were never given a chance to see the body and now she is gone forever. In 5 hours, a kitten was able to stand on her own and walk about, died in their care.
All the while they didn't call me to provide the status of the kitten as they promised to, as if they were trying to avoid us. They are irresponsible and rude. Please be aware of this animal hospital, we've learned our lessons.
We've filed a formal complaint against Dr. Sargiouis with the California Veterinary Medical Board (VMB). It's very easy and if you haven't done so, I am glad to show you how. You can also find information at vmb.ca.gov/comp-inf.htm
