Bedbugs:
Review I left for Cooks after they requested a review of their service. Overall very reliable but I would not recommend for BedBugs because of cost and service.
Although i believe what you all did helped some it did not get rid of the bed bugs, i truly believe that the heat treatment that I paid $1000 for after I paid $2300 to you all is actually what killed the bed bugs. After your treatment I still saw three bed bugs and once the exterminator came with the heat he found a few more. After the heat treatment I have not seen one nor have I been bit by anything. I wish I had tried the heat treatment before paying you all $2300 honestly I feel like I wasted that money. Overall the customer service and technician that came and I have had contact with were very nice but I believe that you all should look into the heat treatment after more research I discovered that is truly the only way to truly eliminate them. So unfortunately i would not recommend your services if i knew of anyone that had bed bugs. The heat was the way to go.
