The worst:
This company supposedly is set up to "fix" appliances like our refrigerator but let me promise you, they don't. They will take their sweet time, cut you short on the phone, argue with you about why its justified they gauged, scratched and dented your expensive appliance, they won't follow up with you and they are liars! I have been without my LG fridge for almost 1 month and I'm 6 months pregnant. Can you imagine what it is like to have no fridge in your house for that long? We have spent a fortune going out to eat because we don't have the luxury of cold food in our home, especially trying to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Here is a longer version with greater detail of what we have gone through thus far, in the end, I went to Home Depot and explained what happened to the store manager and he immediately gave me an even exchange for my fridge and said he would take it up with Coronado because I have already been through way too much and should have never been treated like that.
It has been 26 days since they took my fridge and I have had zero follow up. I am so glad I went to Home Depot and complained to them, otherwise I would be without a fridge for another month. Do yourself a favor: NEVER GIVE THESE LOSERS YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Do not take your tv here.:
We took our Samsung flat screen tv there because they were listed with Samsung. The "repaired" our tv and returned it to us. It worked for one day and had to be returned to them. This happened 5 times. The owner told us he would not fix it anymore and told us not to come back. We took it to another tv repair and was told that parts were missing from our tv and had been replaced with old parts. They had ripped off parts from our tv. We went back and they didnt deny it but they wouldnt do anything about it. Beware. If you dont want to be ripped off then do not go here.

Repeated Customer...Good Service!:
At my age, memory is so short that I thought I'd better give you a review immediately. Some time ago at Coronado TV Repair relieved me of the JVC "elephant" that was occupying so much space in my small living room, and I thank you for that.
I decided to quit cable/satellite and rely upon an indoor antenna to view local broadcasting. You good people at Coronado TV have helped me more than once and, being homebound and unable to go shopping for "rabbit ears," I decided to, once again, ask for your assistance.
The young man who delivered and installed the antenna also showed me how to "rethink" my use of three remote controls. Except for playing NetFlix movies, I now require only one remote.
The big, and very pleasant surprise was your not charging me for the antenna and the service call. That was a totally unexpected courtesy, and one for which I thank you very much.
I often think back to the days when we had wonderful programming on television, especially on Saturday nights. We were warned, later on, that the day would come when we'd have to pay for viewing TV. However, we were also told that increased interest in commercial advertising would ensure that our days of paying to view would end. It didn't happen quite that way, did it? Now, we pay for cable/satellite and we watch 20 minutes of commercials for every hour of viewing. (Believe me, I've timed it.)
However, I firmly believe that the day of reckoning is at hand. Before one commercial has finished its pitch, another product interrupts with its own message. Even the large corporations are being ripped off! Poetic justice? (Please forgive my ramblings.)

Do not take your tv here!!!!:
I took my television in to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix the things that were not working at the time (Dvd player buttons and channel buttons). The television was working just fine other than that. I dropped it off and demonstrated that the television worked and told them about the issues with the onboard dvd player and other function buttons. I called a week later and they still had not looked at my tv yet. So I reminded them and I waited again over the weekend to pick it up.
When I finally came to pick up my tv, I asked them to plug it in (as they were hesitant to do....) and the tv did not even power on!!!!
I asked why and they gave me bull about a power board loose and that being the reason why it didn't work. Well I told them that I needed my tv in the same condition I brought it in, because it worked just fine. They were to merely identify a minor problem and quote me on it.
Well get this, the man whom I showed the tv to when I first dropped it off denied the very fact that he saw it working! He said, "Oh well I don't think it was working or I don't remember it working when you brought it in.." What kind of business messes up your tv and tries to make the customer pay for it??
I am an electronics engineer myself so I know very well when someone is trying to take advantage of me in the electronics business. On the quote they failed to address the dvd player issue totally and simply stated that what was needed was a Power Board (probably what they tell most customers).
Either way it is still there and I am expecting it to be returned to me in the condition I left it to them, working....
