Go in, get what you want for a reasonable price and quickly! If you aren't treated well here- you're likely an a@!%!*e or wear pants down around your ankles. If you need gunsmithing done- I wouldn't trust any other place in town, especially any of the "star wars bar" or "tactical ninja" shops that are now so prevalent. The only other good gunshop that used to be in town was Towers Hardware- now the Modis building resides there. I can't say enough good stuff about Curry Thomas, and recommend any homeowner.

These guys are great, I asked about re-screening window screens and they showed me how to do it.

The most unfriendly and reverse customer service you can ever imagine. Yep, that's what you'll get. I am a 62 year old lifetime hunter and marine veteran who took two Winchester Model 70 rifles in. One for a broken stock and one for an opinion on a trigger freeze from a hunt in Colorado. All I got was chastized on how filthy my guns were, and the poor attitude I had when I walked in the door. ?? The old croney gunsmith couldn't have been nastier or more condescending, and his counterpart was just as bad. Not even good gunsmiths to make it worth putting up with them. These radical idiots are the type who give all gunowners and the NRA a bad rap. Go elsewhere and save yourself an abusive earbeating. Never did get my trigger problem resolved, but at least they cleaned my guns no charge. Hey thanks guys. Now you can go back to what you do best -- sitting on your a@s drinking coffee and hating the world. I'm still amazed that they are lucky in getting a tag in Colorado every year. I don't know how they can do that when it's a lottery drawing for any big game.

The most uncustomer friendly owner with a clear chip no,boulder on his shoulder I have seen and still stay in bus.Gunsmith? maybe 50 years ago.I had to provide the gun part and instructions on how to repair it and after 31 days was totally frustrated beyond words. 1st, they lost it,2nd they shipped it off,3rd they lost it again,4th they unlost it?. The son-owner is giving the bus a bad name.I shopped there before he was born and will not go back.
