Poor Customer Skills in Pharmacy:
I called CVS to check on my husband's RX, they said they never received it after aa 30 minute hold. I called the Dr. they sent it again, calleed again, was on hold for another 40 minutes, they said NO! we did not receive it. Called the Dr. had them call the pharmacy, it had been there all morning. Stupid, stupid people who cannot find a simple item. Everyone blamed someone else. Never again, I am changing pharmacies.
