I dropped my vehicle off in the morning. I gave them the keys and told the guy behind the counter where it was parked. He acknowledged where my car was and said that they would call me when it was ready.
They called me a few hours later and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. I got my car from them and it had a parking ticket on it!! They had left it out in the street for too long.
The fat guy behind the counter told me that he can not be responsible for that because he is sitting behind a counter and not watching my car.
I am just fortunate that I only got one ticket and not several or a tow. I didn't like their apathy towards the citation but otherwise they do fine work.
