30 seconds of labor = $165.00. C'mon Daniel!:
I normally don't go online and write reviews, but this company really upset me and I felt he really overcharged me. Daniel charged me $200 for a "kit" that comprised of 2 washers and a plastic cap to fix my leaky backflow valve. His logic was "that's what everyone is charging to fix these." Mind you, he had originally installed my sprinkler system (Approx. $2000) so I was not a new customer. It literally took him 30 seconds to unscrew the cap and install the new "kit" (washer and cap) and was done with the repair. He definitely lost a customer on this day! Update: I later found out the “kit” he used is about $35. So if you do the math he charged $165 for 30 seconds of work. He took longer writing the receipt than the $200 job he charged for. *CUSTOMER BEWARE*
