Din Tai Fung Dumpling House was established in 1969. It converted its oils business over into serving food. It now has more than 50 locations worldwide. The style of food is Chinese. The restaurant sticks to strict procedures when making the dumplings including weight and number of folds. When you arrive one of the friendly staff wearing wireless headsets will take your order. Save Time:
Waits can be almost an hour for weekends lunches. Place your order with the hostess as soon as you arrive, and your food will be ready at about the same time you're seated.

Classy, modern dumpling house:
This is about the classiest, cleanest dumpling house you'll find. The decor is modern, the servers are all dressed in matching outfits, and the service is efficient. The dumplings are small, tender with delicate skins. My other favorites are the Shanghai rice cake and hot and sour soup. This place gets crowded on weekends, so be sure to go early or go on a weeknight. A good place to impress your friends who normally hate the typical no-atmosphere chinese restaurants.

Din Tai Fung Dumpling House Restaurant Review:
Rethink that vacation to Taiwan and head to this Arcadia mini-mall dumpling spot. The bustling, minimally decorated restaurant is a branch of a famous Taipei-based dumpling house. The compact menu features approximately 50 options: delicate steamed dumplings, nourishing soups and a variety of vegetables served in various incarnations. The house specialty is xiaolongbao, or small soupy...

In Short
As the only U.S. outpost of a famed Taipei dumpling house, the hustle-and-bustle atmosphere only adds to the authenticity. Waitresses balancing dumpling tins rush between tables,...
