This is always my first call when I have a car problem. I'm always treated fairly and the staff takes the extra time to make sure all of my questions are answered. They will go over the various options and associated costs and are not chintzy with their professional advice. They have never given me a bill that is more than the original estimate. There have been a few times when I have been forced to go to other shops because of scheduling (or my being out of town), and the service almost never compares to Ding's. They are a family owned and operated business and it's very clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Being a small business, they understand that money doesn't grow on trees, and will advise you as to what repairs are absolutely necessary, and which ones can be safely postponed. One of the few businesses that I would recommend so highly.

In 2010 my wife Linda and I closed our Automotive Service Center after 30+ years. I had been in the auto service industry for over 50 years. Now I was faced with same problem as other auto repair service consumers. Where do I take our cars for honest, quality repairs at a fair price. During the next few months I took a vehicle to 2 different repair shops for service. I was not impressed with their integrety. I see now why the auto service industry in always fighting image problems. When my van I had a charging system problem I took it to Ding's. I was pleased to discover that Troy & Jennifer business practices mirrored the way Linda and I ran our business. I received a estimate for approval after a modest diagnosis charge. The van was repaired in a timely manner and they did NOT TRY TO SELL ME REPAIRS OR SERVICES I MAY NOT HAVE NEEDED. This is the place I will continue to take our cars and I will recommend them to my friends,neighbors, and past customers.
