Dinh Auto Sales And Towing

I have been paying on an engine for a lincoln navigator for 2 1/2 years. I made the final payment of $200 on 6/2/15. I hired a tow truck driver to transport the engine from va motors on 6/4. On 6/7 the mechanic informed me that I was given the wrong size engine but he would try to make it work. On 6/8 I contacted va motors to inform them that I was given the wrong size engine and they hung up on me and stopped answering answering my calls.On 6/9 I went to va motors to request that they replace the wrong engine with the correct engine. Initially, I was told that I had to return the other engine first and then he would take the correct one to the manager. I suggested that since it was his error he should take the correct engine to the mechanic and pick up the wron one while he was there instead of requiring me to pay for another tow truck. His response was that he wasn't going to do that because he didn't feel like it. I called the police (they said they've been out to this business for the same type of problems many times) to ask for assistance and he still refused. I then rented a uhaul(which was less expensive) and had the mechanic load the engine onto the pick up. I returned the engine and asked for a refund and was told 'GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!' Prior to returning the engine I contacted Hampton police to escort me. The engine was returned (I took pictures and video)and I left with nothing. I paid $900 for the engine and received nothing in return. I was asked to leave the property and I did so EMPTY HANDED AND OUT OF $900.

Talk great to get your car then it is over!!! Need transmission , ok . Told $900.00 Slow repairs , took 6 days for a 6 hour repair ..8 tops!!! Price up to $1000.00 two weeks later has to get towed back !! Was told had cars ahead of me , ok 5 days later told needs transmission and was ordered . 4 days later , "we ordered trans, waiting on delivery " I have to call them with blocked number or they won't pick up. Talk to me then hangup on me. Never call back when they say they will . Stay away !!! Truck still there !! This is how they are treating my daughter down there @ Hampton college who needs it for school and work !! Might lose her job . This place sucks !!
