WARNING!!!! DEAD CAT!!!!!!!!:
WARNING!!

These undertrained, greedy monsters took our cat, forced a painful and medically unnecessary enema on him, doused him in ice cold water ostensibly to clean him up and then caged him for hours without drying him off or attempting to warm him up. He was handed back to us shivering, wet and ice cold. The staff didn't care that he was crying or shivery numb. They just demanded their $250. We had questions. They didn't have time- unless we were willing to pay more money for another appointment. Our beautiful cat died 48hours later from shock and pneumonia.

Dr. Gerlach or Dr. Hallstrom are entirely negligent and unprofessional not to mention undereducated. They need to have their licenses brought under review and I will be contacting the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine this week to file a complaint and initiate an investigation in to their practice.

if you love your pet, like we loved ours don't risk his life with the doctors Gerlach and Hallstrom. They're all about their money and not at all about the health or welfare of your pet.
