From the heart:
I always take these reviews with a grain of salt. Some people are picky and sometimes people have bad days both those who work at locations and those who visit. That being said, I have been a patient here since 2007. I will go into much more detail but if you want the short answer, RUN. RUN AWAY NOW. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS take them. When I first started coming I would’ve stood up against anyone with anything negative to say because I found the best therapist and psychiatrist here, office staff was good too. Those people are now gone and the office has gone straight to hell. They DO NOT care about the patients, they ONLY CARE about MONEY! The doctors are not in charge here anymore. Calls go unreturned, trying to talk to your care giver without an appointment is like trying to ring the bell at the White house. Actually, I think that might be easier. My therapist, who switched offices a couple years ago, would call there (to talk to my MD about my meds etc.) and get no return calls and when she finally got a hold of someone, they gave her attitude. She was appalled, and she used to work there! Since most of the doctors I have seen there are gone now, I will only talk about the ones that I have personal knowledge with that are still there. Dr. Cenzon, sweet lady but runs literally hours behind schedule. My mom used to see her I can only tell you about her tardiness. Dr. Kamin – horrible person as far as I’m concerned. She doesn’t want to listen or talk about what I want or what I need, she just wants to dictate what is going to happen from here. What she is and is not willing to continue medication wise. I have been on meds for 20 years and she wants to come in without even talking to me and tell me what she is going to do??? Hell no. I now see Dr. Mitchell. I like him, he’s sweet and is one of the founding partners. But he is a bit … old. He’s seen me several times and doesn’t really remember me at all. One time I couldn’t remember the name of one of my meds and for some reason he didn’t have it written down. I told him what it was for and I got the name close enough that he should’ve figured out which one I meant. It was almost like it was Potato and I was saying Patato. Too close for him not to have known what it was. But I asked him if I could call him later that day with the name and he could call it in. He said yes. So I called and left a message, called the pharmacy the next day and they hadn’t received anything, repeated this process for about a week until I was out of the medicine completely and finally was able to get a hold of a live person who told me, “You have to make an appointment for a medication refill.” I explained what happened that the doctor told me to call him so he could call it in since I was just there. I also told her that I have left several messages. She told me I had to make another appointment and they don’t give those messages to the doctors they erase them. WHAT!?!?!!!! How can you just overtake control of MY LIFE and my medications, I didn’t hear Dr. anywhere in your name! That should be illegal if it’s not already. How dare they get in between what my doctor (a founding partner, remember) and I discussed and AGREED ON? That is why I think they care more about money that patients. The office doesn’t get money if the patient doesn’t come in. Dr. Mitchell didn’t have any openings for a couple weeks and this is one of those meds that you can’t just stop taking. I asked if they could call in enough to get me through until the appointment. Big shocker, I was told no. But they did get me an appointment with the PA, Scott Kane (I actually like him better than the Dr.) a couple days later. The next month I had an appointment with Dr. Mitchell and brought the bottles with me. He said he never wrote me a prescription for that medication upon which I pulled out the bottle and showed him it had HIS NAME on it! He said, “Oh. Yes I did.” He’s a nice guy but this isn’t about who is nice, it’s about my health and wellbeing and I do not trust him with that anymore. Plus the fact that the office. Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough bad things about the policies there. How they can get between you and your doctor is ridiculous and something the partners should never approve of and should stop immediately! It’s like the monkeys are running the zoo. This is one zoo that should be shut down. It’s too bad because it used to be a great place. That said, the waiting rooms are nice and most of the time comfortable. I wish the people would stop talking on their phone in the waiting room. They have signs up saying no phones, but no one cares. It’s just rude. Everyone is there for their own troubles and this should be a safe place people can go and not have to worry about people on their phones. Bottom line, as of a couple years ago, I would NOT recommend this place to a friend. I would NOT recommend this place to my enemies. Okay, maybe my worst enemy

Heartless personnel and managemet:
Nothing whatever of your personal story matters to the heartless underlings who decide if you can see one of their doctors. Unlike receptionists who will tell you if and when you can be seen, they probe you for details and make judge, jury and executioner decisions based on their own perceptions and biases. If you have a substance abuse problem they have created a maze of unnecessary and costly phases not covered by insurance to fleece all but the rich who can pass this financial gauntlet. Don't even bother trying to appeal to management--they seem to get paid to be heartless and dismissive. It doesn't matter if you're 60 and rife with life-long pain and in threat of being kicked to the street, They are about themselves and the underlings believe you're nothing but a uniform liability to be dispensed with. I hope there is a hell just for them.

Dominion is Unprofessional:
Doesn't return calls to other offices, rx providers. Office manager, Shirley Terry is a blatent liar and has no ethical value at all. If you value your wellbeing, go elsewhere!!!
