We purchased about 100 yards of topsoil from Downes. It is FILLED with tiny gravel. Our grass is struggling to grow around all of the tiny gravel. After the first rainfall, the soil compacted down into a hard crust that repels water. Each load was delivered by a grumpy driver who was seemingly annoyed by the inconvenience of the order. Will never use again and would never recommend to anyone. What a complete waste of thousands of dollars.

Downes Tree Service was a great choice for tree pruning. I happen to live next door to the most laziest people on the planet. They have about 13 trees on the side of their yard (of course the side I share a fence with) and every single one was overgrown growing on my side. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Downes Tree Service came right out and pruned right up the property line. I am forever grateful.
