I tried these people to get my carpets cleaned because I found some good reviews on them. I'm thinking his mother must have written them, because I have never been so disappointed in a job I've hired out. He was almost an hour late, which made ME late for obligations. Before taking the job, he had agreed to do a certain area for a certain price, and move the furniture where he was cleaning. When he got there, he refused to move the couch until I reminded him of his agreement. He was borderline rude the entire time he was in my house, and took MUCH longer to get the rug cleaned than he should have. All I wanted done was 1 rug and a staircase and he was there at LEAST 2 hours. He was there for probably 45 minutes before he ever turned on a vacuum. I finally had to leave and I left his check (for the agreed on price) with my landlord. When I returned, he had refused the check and left me with a bill for MUCH more than we had agreed. AND he still hadn't moved all the furniture! And the rest of the carpets weren't any better than I could have done for a $50 machine rental. So, 1) late 2) rude 3) poor job and 4) overcharged. NEVER AGAIN!

I love this carpet cleaning company, they are professional, local, friendly, and have made my carpets look better than they have looked in years. I am glad I tried them and will have them again.

What I really like is that it is all natural and non-toxic so it is safe for my kids and pets than other carpet cleaning. The green- earth friendly cleaning solutions were another big reason I chose this company.The convenience was a plus too- the carpets were dry in about an half hour all my furniture was put back in place. They also did a wonderful job with my oriental rugs.

My carpets and rugs have never been so clean and I am assured that my baby crawling, or kids playing on these carpets are safe and chemical free.
