HummerH2:
I purchased the Hummer from Empire that the gentleman below is ranting about and was asked to leave feedback. He is upset because I beat him to the punch, we are both dealers. Hes left feedback on every site under different names and feel bad for Empire, they did right by me. My initial contact with them was a week before I purchased it and if not for my banks delay on wiring the funds it wouldve been sooner. The only issue I had was that the time it took for delivery was slightly longer than I was told, but I dont feel Empire is at fault . The Hummer was as advertised and I am satisfied. Prompt and organized- will recommend- LS

CAUTION, These people have not been honest!:
I have never written a review nor thought of taking the time to do so. In this case after being taken advantage of and lied to, it's more than fitting. I want to warn people of the underhanded way these people do business, you may not see it at first so be cautious these people know how to lie. There are too many good places to buy from and this is not one of them...

Very Shady:
I made an offer on a car over the phone and it was accepted by one of the men there, Mike I think. I gave them $1,000 deposit over the phone and drove 5 hours to see the car. When I got there Mike wasn't present and his partner tried to change the price on me saying that the agreed to price wasn't possible. After much hassle and a few phone calls they agreed to honor their word but made a bit of a show about it. Shady dealings...

The car was promised to have two keys but the dealer only had one. He made a big deal about that too and then agreed to pay for a second one if I would pay to have it programmed. I reluctantly agreed and shook his hand on it. Week after week he made excuses for why he hadn't ordered my key. Now this man wont answer my phone calls anymore and acts as though he never met me after I bought a BMW 750Li from him. His word is worthless...

The car has a built in DVD Nav system, after showing me the car his assistant went outside and swapped the DVD dated 2006 (the year of my car) for an old one dated 2002. It cost me $180 to buy a new DVD from the dealership that had relevant information. Straight dishonesty...

They also didnt give me the owners manuals which have the Bluetooth passcode in it. Every car is different and that code is the only way to use your phone with the car. The manuals cost a couple of hundred dollars if you want to replace them. Seriously...

But the thing that got me most was my wheel. The car has custom chrome wheels from BMW...not cheap. I really love them, they're attractive. I get them out on the road and get a flat out of nowhere. After a big fiasco thinking the tire was punctured I found out instead that the wheel had a crack in it that was letting air escape. The wheel cost over $600 by itself to replace when it was all said and done. I got to figure all this out on a road trip where I had to change the tire in the rain on the roadside, with a broken hand. It would have been nice to know that crack was there leaking slowly before I hit the road. Screw these a-holes at "Empire Motor Cars..."

Heres a list of repairs made to the car within two months of purchase, done by the official BMW dealership: Sunroof leaking (all seals replaced), main accessory tray wouldnt open (removed and repaired), DVD player wouldnt play movies (software reinstalled), Right front wheel broken (replaced), Hood emblem broken (replaced), Bluetooth code missing (decoded), Floormats broke apart (replaced), DVD NAV outdated info (replaced)
