Horrible service horrible people:
The pick up service was an HOUR LATE. Was told AFTER THE FACT that I needed TWO utility bills, not one. The counter girl was very flippant and rude. Several appointments were missed because THEY WERE LATE, DIDN'T GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION, and as a result no time was left to resolve anything. We will NEVER do service with them under ANY circumstances! Called on the phone to complain and the man said what did I want them to do? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
