They have an absolutely amazing selection and the people who work there are so good at picking out great frames! I have been going here for years and have always been impressed.

Do not come to this place or any Europtics for that matter if you want to keep your glasses in good condition.

I came here to have them replace some nose pads and they scratched my glasses. They refused to fixed what they had done. They have the most inexperienced and incompetent opticians known to man.

Please avoid this place. Salespeople are on commission and care more about the money going into their pocket than you. They will oversell you, take advantage of you. Management does not care. Terrible customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did.

They have very pricey frames. Even you pay a higher price for the eyeglasses the ROI is very bad. The Quality of the lens is really bad. The people there are very unfriendly once you have paid for the glasses and you like to pick up ur glasses. Don't pay in advance!!!
