Here's why: 1. Got a sale price quote online at their website, and left my phone number; 2. Brody from National City store called me and confirmed price and appointment to get tires installed; and 3. When I got to store, was told I needed to purchase lifetime plan for tires @ $80 to get the sale price. They went online and showed me the "fine print" on the advertised special. The very, very, very fine print. When I mentioned that salesperson confirmed the sale price on the phone and that he didn't state any additional terms, I was basically told take it or leave it. Plus, the upsell is out of control on alignment, service plan (on tires!!!), etc. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Don't even waste your time looking on their website. Should've just stuck with Costco, like in the past - at least they're upfront with their price and there's no BS, no wasting time, and no rude a-holes.
