Customer never brought car to inspect.:
Response to peeling paint. Customer would never bring car in for us to look at.the job was over 5 years old.from pictures it looked like sun damage not peeling paint,customer wanted fine lines to pay someone in dallas to repair car. She would not bring car in so we could look at it.

Peeling Paint, Pitiful Customer Service:
In only a few years after Fine Lines Automotive in San Antonio painted the front hood of my car, the paint began coming up in sheets. I contacted them and was told by Richard Gomez that they could not be perfect all of the time but that since the paint job was our of warranty, that was just my tough luck. I e-mailed him photos of the car, and he will not take or return my calls. Their work is bad, but their customer service and worse. And worst of all, THEY DO NO STAND BY THEIR WORK! Avoid Fine Lines Automotive--you can benefit from my mistake even if I cannot!
