Called Flat Rate Locksmith after reading reviews on-line. Almost two months ago we moved into our first home. I called them to see if they can come out and re-key the locks. They was great, came as soon as they could after the home closed. When the tech got there he discovered high Security locks were in place, so he could not re-key, but suggested installing new locks. Was very honest and up front about the costs as well as their benefits and answered my many questions, not to mention offered advice on increasing security. In addition, he installed pin locks on the back patio door. He did a great job and was very professional about everything. Sorry the review took so long, we have been swamped getting settled, but I wanted to make sure to leave the feedback because it was other great reviews that convinced me to call them and it was the right choice.

Called Flat Rate Locksmith to get new high security locks installed on a commercial property I just purchased. Service was quite prompt. After dealing with a few other locksmiths in the past, I can say that I'm quite happy with the way they handled the job.

I had an urgent repair on a deadbolt, which fell apart on me and we needed to have the lock repaired right away. Called Flat Rate Locksmith and they said they would have someone there in 15 minutes. The tech was right on time and was very pleasant and professional. Was done in no time flat. Offered as a free service to cut as many keys for the deadbolt as we wanted, which was very nice. All in all great service and fair price.
