The Extras: Discovery Dinners are custom-made for wine lovers. Three four-course menu options ($75, $100, $150) come with chef-approved wine pairings. Must be groups of six or more and reserved in advance.

What to Drink: The wine list has 100 selections, all available by the glass. Wine flights---three two-ounce glasses of different wines---allow for experimentation. A reserve wine list has more than 80 selections available by the bottle.

This chain steakhouse ages its meats for up to four weeks and broils them at 1,600 degrees to seal in flavors. Expect recommended food and wine pairings, seafood dishes and four-course menu “discovery dinners.”
