The service writer told me that I need to replace a $400 part on my car. Turns out it was not true. All that was required was a repair that took 5 minutes - which I handled at home after reading about it on the internet. I do not trust the service writers and will not be taking my car back to the service department at Flow BMW - even though I bought the car there.

Had power steering pump repairs. Service team was professional and listened to my concerns. I was pleased with the outcome of our discussion, and the work that was performed.

Will definitely use their services again.
