NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Frank's CHARGED $241.50 AN HOUR FOR A TOTAL BILL OF $394.18. My car Broke down in a parking lot and I asked the store to please not tow until I came back, and I had to literally run a mile down the road to pick up my child. When I came back in a couple hours FRANks had towed my broken down car. So on top of an incredibly stressful day, having to literally RUN to get my child, THIS HORRIBLE TOW COMPANY HAd BILKED me of $400. Imagine if you have to pay to get your BROKEN down car back from this company that takes advantage of its position THEN you still have to come up with the money on top of this to repair your broken Car. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
