I had an issue with my furnace and called them to come fix it. After about 6 trips in a month and $1300 the issue is still not fixed. Frey refused to meet with the district manager from the maker of the furnace and would not come out to try to fix their mistake again. Called a new company and found out Frey totally ripped me off. I hope no one else makes the same mistake.

Called them to diagnose a furnace problem and was quoted a fee of $89.00 for diagnostics. I explained to them beforehand what the furnace was doing to make sure they could help me. Repairman comes out stays alittle over a hour, fixes nothing and proceeds to charge $175. Never will use this company again!
