Very unprofessional:
I am who Kathellen (the owner) calls the "mn" landlord who was not at the property when they did the service. But I wish they would treat their customers the same way I treat my tenants.
One trick this company has been doing is it calls all web sites where negative reviews are written about them and tries to convince the web sites to remove those reviews. The latest web site was Google Reviews. I still have copies of the all bad reviews from this site. As for their service, two days after Furnace physician "fixed" the problem, it re-appeared again. We called them and they said they would not do anything because we wrote bad reviews about them. We had to call Olson Heating to come and look at the problem. The problem appeared not to be with the thermostat (that is what Furnace physician fixed) but with the furnace sensor. Olson rep fixed it (BTW much cheaper than Furnace Physician) and now it works. Furnace physician owners call everybody who disagrees with them "sick individuals, liars, madmen". There have been too many of your customers-"liars"... Maybe it is time to look at yourself, Kathleen and Ken, and change your attitude and behavior. I do not want anything from you. I will just assume I lost $189. It will be just a lesson for me (and maybe others) not only to find a company in the yellow pages book, but also look for the customers' reviews (even though the reviews can be removed by the desperate owners of the business).

Professional Company Targeted by Madmen:
Supposed reviews on our Company are full of lies and grounds for liable because of it. One of these "reviewers" posted two times on the same day. All he needed was two email addresses. He remains annonymous and doesn't have to prove anything. Most consumer's understand and use discernment. As of November 19, 2009 the newest latest review was posted by an absent landlord who didn't take the time to be at the property while we were there. I believe "mn" purposely used our company because he checked out our Company and found out we have an A-Plus with the BBB and third party satisfaction scores of 99%. MN is another (unfortunately) landlord who as soon as the work is done wants to terrorize a trained technician about his Company's charges. Then it is our receptionist. Then it was me. Our technician spent over an hour and ten minutes at the home because this landlord put in a thermostat wrong. This cheapskate could have ruined his furnace to save a dollar! We checked over the furnace and ran tests because of the landlord's inabilities. Our Company provided a legitimate service. His tenant didn't have heat, now she can rely on that she does. A great artist once said that it is not the cost of the time you are paying for to create, you are paying for the years of training and reputation. Our Company provides beneftis to its employees, has always had insurance, pays the rent, and we believe we owe it to our customers to stay in business. Furthermore, it was our General Manager who told this landlord UP FRONT how much it would be! When his bully tactics didn't work for us to reduce the legitimate charges, and since his threat to write the Gazette and the BBB didn't pursuade me to change the charges he was billed, apparently a failed planned idea on his part, he enrolled on a review website and posted his lies. Shame on him! Businesses ought to be able to have a Customer Review site. This guy would be on a list of PIB. This makes me never want to do work for another absent landlord ever.

Courteous, Kind and professional.:
I have an old furnace and this Company has been very kind in their fixing it per my budget. I think their prices are more than fair and I know them to be very ethical. I have met threed different serviceman on differnt times. They all have been good people.
