I wanted a reputable name, not a second rate attorneys office. Garces & Grabler in New Brunswick were my first choice. And I definitely made the right choice... I can honestly say that they worked long and h@!%!*n my case, and my family and I owe them our lives.

Myself and two others had hired this firm. Two bankruptcies and one loan mod. They of course wanted their money up front (as most attorneys would), but then proceeded to do NOTHING for over 5 months in all three cases. They simply keep you "busy" by requesting paperwork from you (most of which had already been provided to their firm - 3 times!). Once we hired a new attorney, Garces & Grabler decided they weren't going to refund anyone's full amount claiming they were "taking out for the work we did". In all three cases, nothing was done! No cases filed with court, they didn't even contact the financial institutes of the parties involved! But they're attorneys, so they win & we are without our money. BTW - in two of the three cases, when a new lawyer was hired, case was filed with court in under a month and completed in 3! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN ATTORNEY!!!
