I asked to speak to management who I could never get ahold of, and they told me that they would call me back. They never did.

I had actually referred a friend there, who did indeed buy a car from the same dealer I had worked with. I was never given the $100 referral fee and after calling many many times over many months, they called me to let me know that "the paperwork is no longer available because my friend had bought it a few months ago." They said that there was no way to resubmit the paperwork and no way for me to get my $100 referral fee, which I find hard to believe because they definitely do have the paperwork. I later met a woman who said that she had the same problem! They never returned her calls and never gave her her referral fee. If you believe in scams and abandonment, Garden State Honda is the place to go.
