Never again. Sold me an Acadia - a year older than he told me for twice the blue book price last August. Okay my bad for not fact checking this guy. Now 11 months later - transmission issue. Called "Uncle Ronnie" and had car towed to his location. 3 days later after many phone calls. Transmission is okay - you needed other work - your part is $620. I go to pick up our vehicle and get presented with a bill for over 2K? Warranty folks covered 400 - so wheres my check for 1700? After getting more than a little p@!%!d off and calling Ronnie. His person in his business says "Ronnie will not accept your check - no you cannot have your keys" I offered to call the Hampton Police - dude tries to get me into a physical altercation. Finally the other guy in the shop recognizes me and takes the inflated price check - and hands us our key. Does the DPOR cover auto dealers or shops?
