My 80-year-old parents had freezer service performed by this company and within 10 hours of their service their freezer about caught on fire setting the smoke detector off in their garage. We tried to call Mr. Jim Goodman back but lo and behold he wasn't interested in dealing with us now that he had our money. Please stay away from this company they are unethical and do not take care of their customers. Also if you're lucky enough to get to speak to the lady that answers the phone she has a horrible attitude and does not know anything about customer service. Once again stay away from these people. My favorite quote from their owner was I will have forgotten about you by the time I hang up this phone you and your family make no difference to me as a customer. Wow is that really how this company is going to grow? She is so proud of the fact that she's been in business for 30 years and yet she treats customers like this.
