I called Thursday to set an appointment for Saturday. Took me four times to get anyone on the phone after numerous hang ups. It was set for 10-11 am. By Noon, no one showed or called. I called the office again. 5 times to reach them. (Only because their address was within walking distance of mine did I persist). We set it for 4pm. 4:15, no show. Called in-got someone the first time. 6-7 she kindly offered. You sure they’ll show. Let me call you back. Well, it’s 5pm. No call.I am not usually a pest.The least someone could do is explain and apologize for wasting my day.I’m sure these folk are busy, but they sure are not reliable.

These guys are excellent for emergency and anything you need done everyday. I had a backed up sewer before a big party i was hosting a few weeks ago and called them up. I had a guy there within an hour and he was able to unclog it and my party was saved. i recommended them to anyone i know.
