My wife and I took this for our beer/brewery tour and had a fantastic time. Many thanks to their entire crew for such a great experience. 2/3 of the breweries were fantastic and one was just okay, but Ground Travel Specialist is the only way to do this type of a tour and I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested a lot of fun. We'll be booking with again!

Couple friends and I went to New York for a shopping trip Friday to Monday. My friend had set up this shopping and site-seeing trip. I never really looked at traveling by way of a charter bus as something comfortable or fun but it was. My friend has done plenty of trips like this, but this was my first. We met in Dearborn and the 10 hour drive went by fast. The driver was friendly and made stops for our group when we needed them. We asked about Wi-Fi and he was more than happy to turn that on for us (which he said it was just resetting the router which I've had to do at my house dozens of times). We sat near the front of the bus and always felt comfortable with his driving. New York is way to fast paced for me to move there, but I will for sure visit again, and I really wouldn't mind it being with this company again. I’ve been working with GTS for over 5 years now and I’ve been more than satisfied with all aspects of my trips. I am the group leader for a UAW Retirees group that does more than 2 trips a month and for the rare exception of a minor problem here and there we have had nothing but GREAT experiences. And when one of these rare problems do occur we have been taken care of promptly. I find the office staff to be caring, helpful, and professional. The drivers are professional and seem to be well trained. Every driver seems to go the extra mile to make sure that me and my groups are well taken care of. The buses are always clean, well maintained, good working condition, and most importantly SAFE. I have used several companies over the many years and between the office staff, the drivers, and the motorcoaches, this company is the best. I highly recommend them and suggest them to anyone who asks for a bus company.
