Horrible customer service:
I have bought a couple of weapons from this shop and have used their gun-smithing services in the past. They have always been rude (for no apparent reason) but get the job done. They somehow think they are the only game in town.
I took a weapon in to be fixed (assault rifle) and explained that the gun was preban, registered and legit. This fat guy with glasses started SCREAMING at me about the "Roberti-Roos Act" as if I had something to do with writing the law. It came out of nowhere and really took me by surprise. Other patrons stood there, dumbfounded, as nobody could believe the severity of suddenness of the attack. It was left to me, the customer, to calm the guy down - all the other employees stood there like idiots and did nothing. Clearly, this is a daily occurrence. We're all on the same team, j@!%!*s!
It's clear they are struggling under the tough laws, as they have shortened their hours and their inventory is sparse at best. You would think they would be doing all they can to hold onto customers. Apparently not. This is one gun owner who will NEVER step into that shop again.
