Worked there for a while and I am glad I left. Kindred becomes the Harbor pointe and nothing has changed. The insufficient staff for the nursing care and rude and ban nursing managers and supervisors. If you are close to the manager then you are good otherwise they will kill you with fake acquisitions. I am really sorry for the resident about the care they are receiving and bad management personal specially the nursing managers.
Hope the upper management will listen and make the facility batter for resident and employee.
You have to respect the resident and employee if you wanna be successful.
