Not commuted to feeding everyone. Had made prior arrangements with management staff for a gluten free meal. Upon arriving with my party of 50 they were not prepared to serve me. Never trust hard rock again.

This place is so overrated! I really don't get why people come to these places besides looking at some items on the wall from artists. Otherwise the place is lousy. We stopped in after shopping around the area and gave it a try. The food was ok. The service was so bad at this location. We waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted us at the table. No one was there!
