Buyers beware!!! You may never get the furniture you ordered!!:
Saw a sofa/loveseat I liked on their website so I went to their warehouse to purchase them. My order was taken and my credit card was charged. Three weeks later, I got a call from the manager, Rochelle Erickson, stating that the sofa/loveseat was out of stock and being discontinued. She gave me the option of purchasing another set for the same price I paid for the first set. I specifically asked her if it would take another 5 weeks to get the sofa/loveseat and I was assured I'd get it within 2-3 weeks. When I didn't get a call 3 weeks later, I called to check up on the status of my furniture and was told that it would be another week or two. Two weeks later, I again called to check the status of my furniture which had been ordered 5 weeks previously now, and was now being told that the second set I had ordered was also discontinued. So, 8 weeks of waiting for living room furniture and NO FURNITURE WILL EVER BE DELIVERED by Crazy Mike's!!!! I asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge and was told that nobody was there. Really bad business.
Went into the warehouse to make sure my money got refunded to my credit card. Asked to speak to Rochelle Erickson (manager/owner's wife). She took my card and refunded my card WITHOUT A WORD. No "I'm sorry for the mixup"...no nothing! Very, very unprofessional and absolutely no sense of customer service unless they're taking your money.
BEWARE!!!! Do not be stupid like I was! Do NOT buy furniture from this place. I am now stuck with an empty living room and waiting for my credit card to be credited the purchase price.
