This place was an abomination.:
This place was an abomination. As my mother lay in a room dying I asked to speak with a social worker to work through difficult issues. A social worker called the police on me for making homicidal threats because I told the social worker that upon dropping everything in my life and flying out on 36 hours notice with an expensive plane ticket I could not afford and upon walking into my moms room and she tells me I have never brought her happiness in her life it makes me want to put a pillow over her head. No understanding of context, no understanding of venting. There will be a special place in hell for the person who caused this to happen to me. The police arrived 3 hours later to remove me from my mothers room while I visited her with family, chaplain, hospice social worker. I spent the next 10 hours locked in an emergency hospital room (proving no drugs or alcohol in my system) was taken by ambulance to a mental hospital. After waiting 15 hours the hospital released me as obviously the entire incident was a complete error of judgement by the hospice, but because of this I never got to see my mother live again and have incurred over $5,000 in medical bills/copays to date.
