Income Property Management - Portland Office

I have had some concerns and questions regarding the conditions and tenants living at Tabor View Apartments, and so have left voice messages with every management level of the company including the president. After 4 weeks of emails and voice messages, I have yet to receive a call back. My concerns are regarding threatening and passive-agressive behavior, property violations, noise curfew violations, etc. These are time-sensitive issues, and the non-responsiveness of IPM is contributing to the problems.
