Emergency Pet Clinic-Inland is a Animal Hospital facility at 10 W 7th St in Upland, CA.

Please remember under no circumstances take your pet to this slaughter house. All they are interested is to squeeze the life out of you and add all unnecessary tests and procedures eventhough it is harmful at the time to do it on your beloved pet. Unfortunately, I am one of their victim on July 4th when the killed my poor bunny. I called and they said they take care of rabbits. When I went there, the vet which was very young and inexperience took my poor beloved rabbit for x-ray and told me that they will give him IV and to pick him up next day between 7 to 7:30. I called to check on him an hour later and they told me that he died under distress. Not even a courtesy call to let me know. Yet they charged me $979.62 for slaughetring my beloved rabbit. Yet she has he nerve to tell my husband that she think may be he had some infection. We are so lost and devestated with our loss. Try to explain to a child that their playful rabbit was dead. All these people care is your wallet. Absolutely no compassion. They are not in it for caring for animal. Please meake sure not to make the same mistake. For emergrncy take them to the one in Diamond bar and or during the week days take them to Chapparel, Dr, McDowell who is truely caring and loving with a lot of experience. SHAME on you IVEPC and youe vets. I hope you pay for what you do to these pets.

Today my heart got torn to pieces!! my dog was very sick and these people had no empathy. Their prices are so high and they don't guaranteed their work. Due to this I had to put my dog to die because they couldn't do much. Then I asked to for my dogs collar because I wanted to keep a memory of her and they said they would put it away for me. When I asked for it they claim to say that the people who took her (after she died) took it with her. I am mad because I had asked for it first. My heart is hurting and I REGRET coming to this place!! I chose one star because it's my only option, I cannot opt out from not choosing a star. One star is too much credit for them.

MY POOR ENGLISH BULLDOG WAS ill, couldn't find what was wrong with her :( the staff were very helpful, friendly and most of all professional, its a place where i felt at ease. every place i went, they always made it seem it was about money not any concern towards my dog schatzi. thye performed surgery the following day, again very helpful. called us with updates and finally a place where could trust. i highly recommend this facility. at the end of the day we saved a beautiful life! was covered a plan, the rates were reasonable, n the staff behaved superv..!! my dog ate a toy,,,:( but was diagnose incorrect at the other places i took her.. :( but she's fine and recovering from this bad experience. it finally has a happy ending..

My dog had a life threatening condition and the staff at this clinic saved his life. Due to the quick response and care my dog is with us today. Prices are reasonable and the staff is freindly and knowledgable. I continue to recommend this clinic to all my friends. Thanks!
