We recently moved into a home on the golf course in Brookside, here in Stockton. Unfortunately, the inside of our house did not match the great view we have looking out the back of our house. We really needed a whole house makeover and we were recommended to Inspired Kitchen and Bath. From floor to ceiling, what an incredible transformation! We got rid of that old white ceramic tile countertops that every house seems to have and replaced them with Silver Sea Green granite and it looks stunning! The old oven/microwave was removed and replaced with a smaller microwave-only unit. My concern was what to do with the big gaping hole, but they were able to build custom cabinet drawers for the space and when they were done staining them they looked as if they had always been there. He also refinished all of our old oak cabinets in the kitchen and throughout the house, custom fit our cabinets with glass door, and made scratched up wood floor shine like glossy new.
Rich and his team transformed our master bathroom from a drab, white tile disaster (can you tell I don’t like white tile?) into a warm, inviting retreat. We changed the tile floor and installed real Piedrafina marble on the shower walls, tub surround and the connected vanities. Having heard horror stories from my friends, I think the most amazing thing to me is that I still cannot find a seam in their stone work…5 slabs and no seams. Wow!!
The remodeling team was courteous, thorough and accommodating and easy to work with. Rich definitely has an eye for design and was extremely helpful in picking out everything… from our satin chrome trim kits for our can lights, to our mirrors, handles, mini blinds, lights, faucets, and even our towel racks…making lots of suggestions to attain the perfect look. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and even cleaned our windows for free. All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with the final results and now the view inside is every bit as good as the view of the golf course.

We are very kind people and believe in being good to others, our kindness was taken advantage of! One star is being OVERLY generous! Our job was signed w/ another contractor (their sister company) but it was subcontracted to INSPIRED KITCHEN AND BATH due to their high volume and the lack work INPSIRED had; NOW WE KNOW WHY!!!! Rich appears very nice in the beginning,he claims to be a former member of the USMC but he has NO follow through or integrity when issues came up he ran and was NON RESPONSIVE.! He has no courtesy, he told me several times he was coming to our job site and I wiated for him; he never showed or had the common courtesy to call to say he was not coming!He and his people would take NO responsibility for anything they did wrong, they would place the blame elsewhere! CAN YOU SAY LAZY! He was suppose to project mange the job, but DID NOT I DID IT! I have a VERY busy life and schedule!!! His two employees that worked at our home "THE EXPERTS" are not what they seem, they left a mess, did not complete their "TO FIX" items even though they claimed they did When you would bring things to their attention it upset them and they would give allot of excuses! Now the lead guy at our home seemed very nice and knowledgeable but if you could see all the work you would definitely agree something is a miss. His helper was not very nice and very defensive about everything! Rich the owner even made the comment he treated us the way he did becuase he knew we would NOT provide them referrals!!!!! JUST RUN!!! You dont need to think twice! You will be happy you did! His mess is now being cleaned up by the owner of his sister company.
