Instock Furniture has awesome prices. I had been searching all over town for the right sectional buteverywhere I went either had a small selection where nothing caught my eye or was way over priced. When I went into this store however they had quite a few different selections to choose from as well as more in catalogs. They even have some custom work they can do! Not to metion their prices beat every other store I had been searching at. Within a short period of time I was able to find my dream couch, got an amazing deal and had it delivered the next day! Now thats what I call customer service.

Everyday I drive by this new furniture store on my way to work and I always tell myslef I need a new bedroom set and I should stop in to see what they have. I finally made myself stop and go in. When I came inside the staff was very nice and greeted me and then the sales reps were not in my face, only helpful. I found a bedroom set that was perfect for me and affordable too. I was able to pay for my stuff but they have financing avaliable for those who can't. I was very pleased with everything about the store and have already decided to go back and get a new sofa. In stock furniture is friendly, helpful and has unbeatable prices. What more could you ask for.

The WORST EXPERIENCE!! Please don't waste your money!!! They are only interested in making sales and aren't concerned about the customer's satisfaction!! As soon as they make their $$, they put you on the back burner with delivery scheduling! We had to wait an extra 2 days without furniture because NONE of the furniture was IN STOCK (hmm?). And when it came down to delivery, they ordered the wrong couch! And had to wait another afternoon for them to get it right..On top of that, our williamsburg king size mattress, one side was sinking in! We now have a second williamsburg king size mattress that is doing the same thing, but now in both sides and they are refusing to help us out! What bullsh*t!! THEY ARE SELLING SH*TTY MATTRESSES, trying to screw people over!! It has been horrible trying to sleep at night on the mattress bc they don't care about making sure the product they sell is doing it's job! I am VERY UNHAPPY and will make sure others will not WASTE THEIR MONEY!!
